We are exceptionally pleased with the work that Pat completed for us! His communication was excellent and he takes pride in his work. Highly recommend using Pat if you need work completed, he shows up and gets it done!

Patrick is honest, dependable, is great at his job and a blessing to work with. He is excellent at grade work as he created a pad for our swimming pool and another for my mom’s mobile home. My favorite job that he completed was brush clearing with his machine. He takes land that is totally unusable and turns it into park! If you have brush that needs to be cut, it’ll be the best money that you’ve ever spent!

Sometimes God just answers your prayers by dropping the answer right in your face. We had hired 2 other contractors needless to say like most others it was a nightmare. At this point we decided we would do it ourselves. Pat seen us clearing land stopped by to see if we needed to hire someone. Well we told him our experience. He said give me a chance so we decided okay what did we have to lose he said he would work for a couple days if we didn’t like his work no hard feelings. His price was very fair. This was the best chance we have ever taken. I can’t say enough about his work and work ethics. He goes above and beyond. You don’t find these kind of people much anymore, it’s like the good ol days working with him. Doing what he says when he says and doing it like it was his own land. Would recommend and we will always use him for our work needed.

We all at some point or another pray for a miracle. Sometimes God says yes and sometimes he says no and then sometimes he sends people into your lives that, out of nowhere, become just the thing you’ve been praying for. God is Good like that!

My husband and I decided to build a house last year in the middle of the wettest winters on record and we were in dire need of someone who could continue yard grading for us. We were at a stand still. And didn’t know anyone because we where new to the area.

We are always hesitant to hire out help because funds are hard to come by and the end result usually lacks, but Patrick came out at an affordable rate and did EXCELLENT work. Everyone that drives by has noticed what a thorough job he did on a few brushy area of land that we wanted to look more park like, and more property clearing and trail making. We were very impressed!
